    Tried to pay with old 5 pound not but the rude customer service lady did not accept these old notes and rather than Tesco changing these old ones to new ones I have to travel to swap for a new one now, absolutely ludicrous.

    Rude staff, despite me and my friend spending a large sum and being polite. Apparently "there's only need for one of ya, if you ain't paying', no need for ya". Gives a bad reputation for an overall decent company.
